Hello!
I’ve gone through my Pinterest board and have chosen 5 Must Do Apple themed activities in preparation for September!
In no particular order of awesomeness …
#1 Apple Printing from Michelle at Crafty Morning
I love the simplicity of the apple printing to make a fall colored tree!
Michelle has a lovely blog with ideas that really inspire the crafty side of me.
#2 Apple Core Paper Plate Craft from Stacey Gibbon at Blitsy
Stacey has written a great tutorial on how to create this with your little learners. You could include this idea with chopping an apple in half to find the secret star inside!
#3 Tissue Paper Apple from Brooke at Blissful Roots
What I like in particular about this oldie but goodie is that it encourages the tearing of the paper. A great skill that should be encouraged in tots and preschoolers.
#4 Fine Motor Skills Apple Transferring by me Alison at Primary Creations
Transferring is an important skill for developing hand-eye-coordination. It can often be overlooked. Transferring can also help fine motor muscles too by changing the tool and size.
#5 Apple Sensory Bin – Color Matching from Kim at The Resourceful Mama
I LOVE the little trees in this sensory bin. So cute! A great way to sort red and green apples.
Thanks for stopping by to see my favorite apple themed activities on Pinterest!
