Did you know that we have a fabulous Thanksgiving Preschool Pack? It’s jammed full of a wide variety of activities that will enhance your little learners’ Thanksgiving theme. Plus it’s been created in grayscale to help with the costs of printing (an extra bonus).
It includes a variety of Literacy resources based on the theme of Thanksgiving. It contains traceable themed words to introduce or extend vocabulary. Letter matching to develop alphabetical understanding and traceable letter cards. These items could be laminated so they can be used in future years!
There are also math activities that work on number bonds, number recognition, shape awareness and colours!
There is also a ‘roll a picture’ activity. The children can take it in turns to roll a die and then select the matching part to build up their picture. They could colour it in and paste onto a piece of card.
I’ve also included a mini-reader colouring book which simply explains the origins of Thanksgiving.
You will also have access to a simple cut and paste craft, a colouring / collage sheet and a scissor skills sheet.
